At last week’s Tom Tom Founders Festival we learned about Matteus Frankovich’s new aerial photography business — SkycladAP.  I asked if he might check out the Fifth Street Station development for Charlottesville Tomorrow and get our readers a bird’s eye view of the new Wegmans grocery store.
