Recognizing that legacy local media systems are part of the problem of structural racism in Charlottesville, the Charlottesville Inclusive Media project (CIM) seeks to build a trusted framework for local news and policy reporting grounded in service to communities that builds trust, transparency, and power in inclusive local media and decision-making systems.
Airing weekly live on 101.3FM, IMHO focuses on being a sounding board for issues that affect the local Black community and creating opportunities to effect positive change, and have honest, thought-provoking conversation about issues that affect one of us or all of us. IMHO’s mission has always been to encourage, to enlighten, inform, and to change.
